I develop and produce kickass content. From concept and strategy through production and delivery.
My work includes developing classes from start to finish for MasterClass, including managing all aspects of content and talent; consulting on content strategy for NBCU, and founding a video production company.
I know how to make video feel tactile and intimate, as well as what motivates people to click play and keep watching. Narrative-driven, documentary style content is my sweet spot. But really, I'm drawn to any work that tells a good story.
I co-founded Creativebug and worked as its VP/Editorial Director. I oversaw development and production for its vast library of content – including branded originals, livestreams, and partnerships. I built our production and editorial departments from scratch, and shaped our brand voice.
Creativebug was acquired in 2015 by Otter Media, a joint venture formed between The Chernin Group and AT&T.
Before that, I worked as a reporter and anchor for the San Francisco NPR station, filing multiple stories daily and being clutch when it counted. I have (successfully) pitched VCs, written a book and produced a short film.
The manifestations of my work are diverse but the throughline is always the same: willing something into reality that did not exist before. And making it great.
